The old forklift used by the customer before was not efficient enough and occupied a large aisle. Zowell simultaneously provides warehouse planning solutions to help customers reset the shelf layout, reduce shelf aisles, and significantly increase storage density, which also saves customers the time and cost of expanding new warehouses.

Zowell double deep reach truck and VNA man down type forklift are mainly used in the spare parts warehouse of the company.
The spare parts warehouse has a large storage capacity and the net height of the warehouse is more than 8m. The maximum lifting height of Zowell's  VNA man down type forklift is 9.5m, and the double deep reach truck reaches 10.1m, increased 32% storage volume ratio.

Scattered parts come in and out of the warehouse frequently, and the maximum speed of the double deep reach truck can reach 10km/h. The trucks can store and retrieve goods side by side in two rows of shelves, saving time for changing channels and picking goods, and significantly improving operating efficiency.
