The team conducted an in-depth on-site survey of the client's logistics operations and working environment, accurately identifying core requirements. Facing various challenges during project implementation, the technical team leveraged their extensive experience and meticulous attention to detail to overcome each obstacle, ensuring the project progressed smoothly and efficiently to completion. Notably, after the deployment of Zowell three-way AGV forklifts, both the accuracy and efficiency of goods in/out operations improved, while labor costs for front line staff also decreased.
