Project Background

The client is engaged in the manufacturing of high-pressure pump equipment, specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, processing, and sales of pump products. With the growth of orders, the existing warehousing system can no longer meet the needs of business development. In light of rising land costs, the company hopes to create a more cost-effective warehousing and logistics solution in the new warehouse.

Project Difficulties

l If traditional forklifts are used for logistics operations, a working aisle of more than three meters must be reserved between each pair of shelves, which excessively occupies warehouse floor space and results in low actual storage space utilization.

l The company has a large number of order-picking and outbound delivery requirements. Customers are concerned about the safety risks of high-level picking, and replacing operating equipment wastes time.

l During peak order periods, situations such as cargo collisions and damage and shipping delays often occur. The company hopes that the new logistics plan can improve the stability and efficiency of cargo entry and exit.

The company planned narrow aisle racks for the customer's new warehouse and combined high-density storage equipment with narrow aisle racks to effectively alleviate the customer's warehousing pressure and reserve sufficient development space for the company's business expansion.

The three-way forklift has a maximum load capacity of 1.6 tons and strong high-altitude load capacity. It is equipped with a synchronous lifting function during travel, allowing it to complete both stacking and picking tasks at any height without changing equipment.
