On October 22, 2026, two customers from Tajikistan visited Zowell for the second time. During this visit, the customers specifically traveled to our Anhui factory to gain a closer understanding of Zowell's forklift manufacturing capabilities, production processes, and product performance.
An In-Depth Look at Zowell's Manufacturing Processes
During the factory tour, our team accompanied the customers through different production areas, introducing the key stages of forklift manufacturing. From component processing and assembly to quality inspection and final testing, the customers had the opportunity to observe how our forklifts are manufactured and learn more about our production procedures and quality control standards.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity for the customers to see our manufacturing operations firsthand and gain a deeper understanding of Zowell's production capabilities.
Hands-On Experience with Zowell Forklifts
In addition to the factory tour, the customers had the opportunity to test-drive our forklift models and experience their performance firsthand.
Through hands-on operation, they were able to better understand the equipment's handling, functionality, and operational features. Our technical and sales teams were also on hand to answer their questions and provide detailed product introductions.
Beyond the factory visit and product experience, the day also included friendly conversations over lunch and in-depth business discussions.
Both sides exchanged ideas, discussed customer requirements, and explored potential opportunities for future cooperation. Meeting face to face allowed us to better understand the customers' needs while giving them a clearer picture of Zowell's products, manufacturing capabilities, and commitment to customer service.
